In recent years there has been a huge increase in the number of condominiums popping up all over Madison, particularly 'high end' ones. I don't know anyone who lives in any of them as they all seem to be prohibitively expensive (and I don't think too many of them are at 100% occupancy either), but I particularly like the balconies on this one. It's right on the lakefront too, so imagine the view you get for all those dollars...

I like the porches on that one too. I wish I could afford to live there.
I know what you mean. Of all the condos I've shot in my Condos after Dark series, this one -- Marina Condominiums -- is just about the only one with a touch of grace and style. Most are just plain ugly.
This one looks very futuristic to me - the balconies, especially.
But I wonder how these condos are changing the landscape. Madison is a pretty town, but I don't think high-rise buildings ever add to the scenery.
What an unusual building with the balconies....and lake front view...wow.....the price of stuff is outrageous.....
